Why can't I just hire a full-time designer?

Awesome question! So, to kick things off, hiring a senior designer full-time for a year costs over $100,000, don't forget about the benefits (and good luck finding one who's free!). Plus, you might not always have enough tasks to keep them busy round the clock, so you're kind of stuck paying even when they're twiddling their thumbs.

But with our monthly fixed price you can hit pause and play with your subscription whenever you feel like it. That way, you're only using funds when you've got actual tasks lined up. Flexibility, right?

Is there a design request limit ?

Once you're a subscribed member, you can toss in as many design requests as you want to your queue, and we'll work on them one by one.

How long does a design take?

Usually, we wrap up most requests in just a couple of days – or even quicker. But for those trickier ones, we'll need a bit more time.

Who does the design work?

Believe it or not, Design Inbox is essentially a one-person show, and that person is me – Charles. So, you'll be dealing directly with the guy who started it all. However, for some super cool power-up requests, like custom illustrations, I've got a crew of partner designers stepping in to make the magic happen.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand that your design needs might not always fill up an entire month. Perhaps you're just looking at a couple of design requests for now. That's where the subscription pause feature comes into play.Our billing cycles are structured around 31-day periods. For instance, let's say you're onboard for 21 days, and then you decide to pause your subscription. In this case, your billing cycle takes a break, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use whenever it suits you down the road.

How do I request a design?

At Design Inbox, you've got many ways to request designs through Trello, giving you immense flexibility. Clients will request designs right within Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even shoot over a quick Loom video briefing (perfect for those who aren't keen on typing it all out). In a nutshell, if you can link it or share it on Trello, it's good to go.

What if I don't like the design?

No problem! We'll continue to work on the design until you're 100% happy with it.

What if I only have one request?

Not a problem. Once we're done, you can your subscription. When you're ready for more design magic, you can pick up right where you left off. No need to let any part of your subscription go to waste.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?

Given the exceptional quality of the work you'll receive and time spent, we do not offer refunds.
