That's where the subscription pause feature comes into play.Our billing cycles are structured around 31-day periods. For instance, let's say you're onboard for 21 days, and then you decide to pause your subscription. In this case, your billing cycle takes a break, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use whenever it suits you down the road.

At Design Inbox, you've got many ways to request designs through Trello, giving you immense flexibility. Clients will request designs right within Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even shoot over a quick Loom video briefing (perfect for those who aren't keen on typing it all out). In a nutshell, if you can link it or share it on Trello, it's good to go.
